Building on Vita Impact’s cleaner cooking programme in Ethiopia’s SNNPR that delivered 3,781 cookstoves and 37,820 trees, a 2026 phase will reach 1,500 households.

NEF contributed to Acumen’s PEII, supporting off-grid energy businesses across nine countries and helping expand clean-energy access worldwide.

In 2019, NEF co-funded a ~70 kWp solar mini grid in Gbinty Town, powering a health centre, school and finance office, and reducing fossil fuel use while training local operators.
