Completion of Solar Powered Irrigation South Volta Region with Dreams Renewable

NextEnergy Foundation is pleased to announce the completion of the installation phase of the 10 pilot Solar Powered Irrigation Systems realized in partnership with Dream Renewables in Ditza, Woe an Dzoloputa communities in Vola Region, Ghana.

The project is an innovative pilot initiative in the area, focusing on solar-powered irrigation systems, primarily of the drip-type. These systems have been identified by the Agricultural Ministry and the Ghana Branch of Care Internationals as having significant potential.
